What is Mental Health Toll Zoom Panel Discussion – March 9, 7 pm

What is the mental health toll from youth performance activities and what can we do? Join our zoom discussion panel. Joine the GCC WISE (Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive, and Engaged) team as the host a zoom panel discussion to understand the mental health challenges that our youth can experience when participation in sport and other performance activities. Panelists include Matt Purdy, GBN football coach and Assistant Athletic Director, Steve Gale, GBS gymnastics coach, and Nancy Watson, a licesnsed clinical social worker who works with youth and families and Lake Forest Wellness. Come with your Questions and together we can learn how to better support our children! Go to gccucc.org to register. Wednesday, March 9 at 7 pm.
